Terms and Conditions

1.1 Holiday medics LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16231890) with its registered office at 2 Judge Link, Langdon Hills, Basildon, England, SS16 5NR England ("Holiday Medics"), operates the website timemedics.com (the "Website") and any associated mobile applications (together, the "Platform").

1.2 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and Platform. By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

1.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of someone else (e.g., an employer), you affirm that you have the authority to do so.

1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

1.5 Time-Medics may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will always be available on the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2.1 The Platform enables Users to request and book video consultations, office visits, house calls, and other healthcare services ("Health Services") with registered healthcare professionals ("Healthcare Professionals").

2.2 Users submit a request for assistance via forms, chat, or phone. Requests are forwarded to Healthcare Professionals via the Platform. The professionals respond with availability, service type, and costs. Users then select, book, and pay online.

3.1 You acknowledge that Healthcare Professionals using the Platform are independent service providers, responsible for the delivery of Health Services. Time Medics solely facilitates the connection, booking, and payment process.

3.2 Time-Medics does not guarantee qualifications, perform medical triage, or supervise medical consultations. You rely on your chosen Healthcare Professional at your own risk.

3.3 The invoice for services is issued by the Healthcare Professional, not by Time-Medics.

3.4 Emergency care must be sought directly via local emergency services, not through the Platform.

4.1 You may need to register an account ("Account") by providing accurate information. Time Medics may refuse registration at its discretion.

4.2 Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.3 Account use is restricted to lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Posting harmful, illegal, or misleading content is prohibited.

4.4 Time Medics may suspend or terminate your access at any time without liability. Cancelling your account promptly ends access to the Platform.

5.1 Time Medics does not charge Users any additional booking fees. All fees are set and collected by Healthcare Professionals through the Platform.

5.2 Payments may be made by credit card, insurance, or other approved methods. Time Medics collects the payment and transfers it to the provider.

5.3 Time Medics is not liable for payment outcomes with insurance providers or additional charges at consultation.

5.4 All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., cancellations per section 6).

5.5 The consultation fee covers the consultation itself and the matters included in the User's initial request. Additional health concerns raised during or after the consultation, and additional services such as referrals to a specialist or for imaging, certificates and letters, are separate work and may incur additional charges. A prescription issued by the Healthcare Professional in the course of the consultation is included in the consultation fee.

5.6 Additional services are priced by the Healthcare Professional, not by Time Medics. The User is shown the amount and must approve it before any charge is made, and no charge is made if they do not. Whether an additional service can be provided at all remains the clinical judgement of the Healthcare Professional; where they decline, no charge is made, and any amount already paid is refunded in full.

6.1 Users may cancel or modify bookings at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.

6.2 Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the professional's fees.

6.3 If a Healthcare Professional cancels or fails to attend, Time Medics will assist in finding an alternative or refunding, as applicable.

7.1 Telemedicine appointments involve remote consultations via secure audio/video.

7.2 These services do not substitute for in-person examinations, and limitations such as technology errors, privacy risks, and diagnostic constraints may apply.

7.3 Time-Medics and the Platform technology providers are not liable for technical or connection issues.

8.1 The Website and Platform, including designs, graphics, text, and software, are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8.2 You may not replicate, distribute, or reverse-engineer any Platform content without explicit permission.

9.1 Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including UK GDPR.

9.2 We may disclose your personal data only as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

10.1 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 Time Medics is not liable for errors, interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from Platform use.

10.3 Some disclaimers may not apply to the extent prohibited by UK law.

2.1 The Platform connects Users with Healthcare Professionals offering video consultations, office visits, house calls, or other healthcare services ("Health Services"). Requests from Users are forwarded through the Platform, and appointments are booked and paid for online.

2.2 You will confirm availability via the Platform, and Users select and pay for appointments directly. Upon payment, Time Medics collects the fee and forwards it to you net of commission.

2.3 Additional services such as disclosed lab or pharmacy information may also be provided as part of the Platform.

"Commission": the fee payable to Time-Medics for the intermediary services.

"Confidential Information": non-public commercial, technical, or user data disclosed by either party, including usage metrics, user and Platform information, service descriptions, and the terms of this Agreement.

"Users": individuals accessing the Platform to book healthcare services.

4.1 Time-Medics will:

• manage appointment bookings and payments via the Platform,
• collect payments on your behalf,
• disburse your portion after deducting the Commission,
• assist with insurance interactions upon authorization.

4.2 You agree to:

• deliver Health Services diligently and in accordance with applicable UK professional standards,
• provide appropriate fiscal documentation to Users,
• apply consistent fees for Platform and non-Platform patients,
• encourage Platform usage for future care, and avoid discouraging Users or facilitating off-Platform bookings.

5.1 Commission is set at 25% of the total fee for each Health Service booked via the Platform.

5.2 Commission is deducted at the point of payment by the User.

5.3 Net proceeds (after Commission) will be transferred to you by the 5th of the month following collection, via your specified payment method.

5.4 If you cancel a booked appointment that has already been paid for, a 10% cancellation charge applies. Similarly, justified User cancellations due to inappropriate bookings also incur a 10% fee.

Confidential Information must be used solely to perform under this Agreement and must remain strictly confidential for three years post-termination.

Trademarks, reviews, or Platform materials may only be used for promoting services via your own materials (e.g., business cards, personal website), not on external platforms without express written permission.

This Agreement runs from the date of signing until the end of the calendar year, renewing automatically for subsequent 12-month periods unless terminated by either party with at least 60 days' notice.

Either party may withdraw with 15 days' written notice.

Time-Medics may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you breach material terms related to service standards, indemnity, confidentiality, or legal compliance.
