Time Medics stores health information you give us. When you request a consultation we store the reason for your visit in your own words, your age and sex, and the location you gave us. Messages you exchange with a doctor through the service, including anything you write about your symptoms, are stored so that you and your doctor can both see the conversation. This is special category data under UK GDPR and we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which we ask for when you submit a request, and for the provision of health care by or under the responsibility of a health professional.
